What is your Return Policy?

What if my items arrived damaged?

In the event that damage occurs during transit and handling of your items, or if you discover any defect, please contact our trusted partners directly, including Wayfair, Amazon, Hayneedle and Houzz, and they will be happy to help.

What if the order I receive is missing some items?

If you notice any items missing after you accept the delivery, please contact our partners (Wayfair, Amazon, Hayneedle and Houzz) so they can send you new parts—or, if necessary, a full replacement—free of charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Payment Methods include the following:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover)

  • PayPal

Do you offer Discounts and Promotions?

We love a good deal as much as you do. Throughout the year, we offer special promotions and discounts for our wide range of planter pots and homeware to our customers. To sign up for our monthly promotional emails simply subscribe to our Email Newsletter.

Do you have any store locations?

We are an online-only retailer. In order to keep our selection large, prices low, and service exceptional, we do not have a physical storefront where you can view our products.

How will my order ship?

We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Each item's delivery options will be noted on its product page, as well as in the shopping cart.

When making a purchase from any of our partners, you will be sent an order confirmation to the email address provided. Included will be an order number – this is your reference number in case you have any questions about your order. Please review the order summary to confirm your order information is correct and save the email as a receipt of your purchase. If you don’t receive a copy, first check your junk mail and then contact us.
